We are the exclusive importing agent for our manufacturer, eliminating the challenges and hidden costs associated with 'drop shipping' patio furniture from overseas. Basa Castings' founder, Taib Khalfan, is a master craftsman with over 15 years of experience in casting patio furniture in aluminum, most of that time with one of Canada's leading foundries. He reached a crossroads in his career upon his mentor's passing in 2002; a man who had instilled in him the need to strive for quality and perfection. Should he continue at the firm, or strike out on his own? We are glad he chose the latter, choosing to return to his Kenyan homeland to found Basa Castings Ltd.
