Product Care

There are no special care requirements for our products.

Our products are designed to be durable enough to be left exposed to the elements 12 months of the year, including the harshest weather winter can throw at us.

The only recommendation we make is that any nuts and bolts be periodically checked for tightness to maintain the structural integrity of the furniture. It is important that any such joints not be loose OR over tightened as this may lead to conditions which may cause damage, void warranty and/or cause personal injury.

If your furniture's finish dulls with age, washing with a mild detergent solution (I.E. dish soap and water) is recommended. If the original lustre does not return, it is permissible to use any commercially available, non-abrasive car wax to bring back the shine to the finish. (This process may not apply to some textured and prestige finishes we offer).
