Warranty Information
The following is a summary of the Warranty Information. The full Warranty Information is available from Simcoe Outdoor Products Inc. and is included with your patio furniture when purchased.
Cast Aluminum Frame
We will, at factory option, replace or repair any frame that fails structurally, through normal use (i.e. broken casting or weld), within the first 12 years (3 years for contract use) from the date of purchase. We will provide a similar style and colour, should the original be discontinued.
Finish
The finish is warranted from peeling or blistering for 5 years (2 years for contract use) from the original purchase date. We will, at factory option, refinish the piece in the original colour or in a similar colour if the original has been discontinued.
Component Parts
We will, at factory option, replace or repair a component (glide, bolt, wheel etc) that fails within 1 year (residential or contract). We will provide a similar style and colour, should the original be discontinued.
Please Note:
The following are excluded from coverage under our warranty:
- failures, damage or injury caused by or resulting from unreasonable or abusive use
- fire
- freight damage
- acts of nature
- extreme climate conditions
- normal fading, scratching or chipping of the finish
- exposure to suntan oils or other chemicals
- accidental damage
- repair or modification by the consumer
- normal wear and tear
