For Consumers
Do you sell to the public?
Sorry, we do not. Our distribution stream is through patio furniture, seasonal, specialty and fine furniture retailers. Check for our products by name with your local retailer or garden centre to see if they carry our products.
Why "solid, cast aluminum" and not another style?
We feel that with solid, cast aluminum's durability, we can offer the most durable, care-free product to the end consumer. Furniture which provides many years of trouble free use, rather than a few seasons, is the wisest, most environmentally conscious choice.
Doesn't that make it too expensive?
If you consider buying one set of patio furniture that will last in the region of 10 to 15 years, and add up the number of less expensive sets and/or replacement pieces needed in the same time frame, spending a little more now will saves money in the long run.
Should the furniture be stored inside over winter?
Not unless you want to. Our solid, cast aluminum construction means that your furniture can be left outdoors in any season, with no worries about storage, draining of tubes, risk of rust or breakage.
What should I use to clean my furniture?
A mild soap and water solution works best. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these may dull the powder coat finish over time.
If I ever needed to, how would I make a warranty claim?
Contact the retailer where you originally purchased you item. They will have full details on our warranty claim process. A warranty card is provided with each of our pieces sold explaining what is covered and for what period of time.
For Retailers
I would like to carry your products at my retail location(s), how can I arrange to see samples and obtain pricing?
E-mail, phone or fax us, we would be more than willing to set up a meeting and discuss our product line with you.
Can I list your products on my e-commerce site?
Our policy is to distribute our products through physical retail outlets. If you are a retailer wishing to showcase our products on your website, please contact us for more information. If you are an "e-tailer", we are sorry but no; the strength of our products are in its quality and physical durability , which can only best be showcased by physical comparison.
I would like to use your furniture in a commercial setting, is that possible?
It is, albeit with reduced warranty terms. Dependant on the size of the installation, you would either deal directly with our head office, or with a designer/agent local to you.
Do you export?
Export orders can be arranged. Export orders, depending on the size, would be shipped from our Canadian warehouse, or if volume warranted directly from Mombasa Kenya to your required location.
Is there a minimum order?
Please never feel your inquiry too small. We understand that every business is different and has different needs. E-mail, phone or fax us with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss them with you.
Can I get product on consignment?
We prefer not to place product on a consignment basis.
Would your manufacturer "sub-contract" parts or furniture for my company?
That decision is solely our manufacturers. We would be happy to act as an initial liaison for you.
